Zhorviq provides AI-powered solutions for UK estate agents, including:

• Zhorviq Chat: AI chatbot for website visitor engagement and lead capture
• LeadLock AI: Automated lead management and notification system
• Full Stack AI: Combined chatbot and lead management solution
• Website design and development services

3. Pricing and Payment

• Setup fees are payable upon commencement of service setup
• Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance
• All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' notice. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Your Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for service setup
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the services for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Ensure your AI chatbot responses comply with consumer protection regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, including software, designs, and branding, remain the property of Zhorviq. You retain ownership of your business data and lead information.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may occasionally perform maintenance. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zhorviq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

9. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consents from leads captured through our services.

10. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes that may affect your use of the services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
